Are your earrings or necklaces heavy?

No, they are extremely lightweight! Which is why people LOVE them and wear them all day.

Do you make clip-ons?

No, at this time we do not offer clip on earrings. 

How do I take care of HOJ  jewelry?

HOJ is fashion jewelry so you want to avoid moisture and getting your jewels wet.

Shipping & Return Policy

What is your turn-around time?

Because each piece is handmade please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible but some pieces require extra attention and drying time.

Do I have to pay customs and/or charges?

If you are a international customer outside the United States, you may need to pay customs charges and/or taxes when your order arrives in your country. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. House Of Jefas cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged in shipping?

In the case of an item arriving damaged due to postal transit, please email us at houseofjefas@gmail.com within 3 days of the date of delivery with an attached photo. We may require you to file a claim with the postal office but we will guide you through the process!

What’s your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. All claims for returns and exchanges need to be made within 14 days from the purchase date. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the case of damaged or defective items, incorrect shipment received, or if you need to return an item, please email us at houseofjefas@gmail.com or call us at (415) 484-1043.. Return only unworn items in their original packaging with attached hang tags within 14 days of receipt to: House Of Jefas, 3260 23rd St. San Francisco, CA 94110. 

Please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice for proper credit. We recommend insuring your return shipment. A credit will be issued for the price of the merchandise and any applicable sales tax. Sorry, we can not take back worn or laundered items. Please allow 1 to 2 billings cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

What if I want to become a wholesaler?

Thank you very much for considering our brand for your business.  Rest assured that we are here to help you grow your business with our products.

Each order is unique and handmade by artisans.

What’s the Timeline for wholesale orders?

Send order/Processing time 4 to 7 days.

Estimated delivery time can take up to 4 weeks from the time you place your order. Place your order ASAP. All designs and items are limited and unique.
